Betzili's Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Use

Welcome to Betzili. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Betzili governing your use of the Betzili platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

By creating an account on Betzili, using the platform, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Betzili's services.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Betting Policy apply equally. Together, these three documents form the complete legal framework governing your relationship with Betzili.

To place bets on Betzili, you must hold a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in that account.

Account Registration Requirements

• Each person may only register one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, device, or payment method are not permitted.
• During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and address accurately.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• After creating your account, you are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Account Security

To keep your account secure, Betzili recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.

Betzili is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and we enforce this rule rigorously.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Betzili reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time via national ID or passport.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.
• If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed and all deposited funds will be returned.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Betzili. They apply equally to every user and are in place to ensure a fair and transparent betting environment.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless Betzili voids it on its own initiative.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Betzili reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets placed before a match begins are governed by pre-match rules, while bets placed during a match are governed by live betting rules.

Odds & Winnings

• Betzili reserves the right to change odds at any time — the odds applicable at the moment a bet is placed will be considered final.
• In an accumulator or multi-bet, if one leg is void, the remaining legs will be recalculated at revised odds.

Misconduct & Fraud

Fraud, match fixing, arbitrage betting, and the use of automated systems are strictly prohibited on the Betzili platform. Any account found engaging in such activity will be suspended immediately.

Deposits and withdrawals on Betzili are simple, fast, and secure. We support Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and VISA/Mastercard.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period — once it expires, the bonus is automatically forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• Betzili reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through fraudulent transactions — is strictly prohibited. If detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Betzili believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we encourage all our users to bet responsibly.

• Each account can set personal deposit limits, betting limits, and loss limits.
• A cooling-off period (1–30 days) or self-exclusion can be activated easily at any time.
• If a user activates self-exclusion, Betzili is obligated to honor it.
• If signs of problem gambling appear, our support team will provide guidance toward professional help.

Betzili takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

• If evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity is found.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded, though bonus balance will be forfeited.

• Complex matters may take up to 7 business days to investigate.
